I would consider buying this for my own reference library just because of its scope. I think just about every berry I've seen on my Colorado hikes is featured in this little book. It's small enough to throw in a pack, and even though it's a bit heavy, would still be convenient to carry on hikes and foraging trips. I would have given it a 5th star if it had featured more than one picture of each plant. My favorite guides include photos of the plant in different seasons or details on the fruit and leaves as well as showing the entire plant.
