Leo Deutsch has given in his book "Four Times on the Run" a very interesting supplement to "Sixteen Years in Siberia". Deutsch, a famous pre-Bolshevik revolutionary, shares his four escapes from the Tsarist prisons and Siberia. He wrote about his stay abroad and his return to Russia in 1905. A must read for anyone in interested in Tsarist Russian history and history of leftist figures.

A very interesting interesting story about Deutsch's escapes from Tsarist prison. I had not heard of this individual before I read this autobiographical account.
