But there's a surprise ending, showing you should never underestimate a professional detective like Sherlock.
"Jolly" Roger Bradfield is perhaps best known for his work as a children's book author and illustrator, though he also worked as a cartoonist on the daily comic strip Dooley's World.
He retired from writing in 1988 to focus on painting.
Typical story for children that seems to not have much creativity to it. Like a story that was randomly thought of and put together in a real quick manner. The illustrations are ok, that look like a child colored in with a crayon. Not bad, there is better stuff out there.
This is a very cute story. It is a little brain teaser, that will get your child thinking. The book had me laughing from page one all the way to the end. I like that they used Jim Henson characters in the story. The book is a great example of Sesame Street's learning fun and has a great twist in the end.
Sherlock Hemlock is a muppet, and this book comes from Sesame Street. It is a book from my childhood, but I barely remember it. It must have come along when I was an older kid, so I probably didn't read it repeatedly.
