Shared by the Players is a smutty quick read novella with a simplistic plot, lovable characters, and a happy ending.

The book is a spicy MFM football romance with instalove. The whole novella is set over a 2 month period with the addition of an epilogue 2 years in the future at the end.

While the author marketed this as “high smut / low plot” there is still an enjoyable plot with conflict/resolution and some character development. But the focus is all about the spicy scenes which were well written, realistic, and even sometimes funny.

I love that we got a POV of all the characters. The only thing I would change is switching POVs in the middle of some spicy scenes to see the same scence from more than one character.

HEA, no cheating or other woman, no cliffhangers.

Sometimes a girl just needs an instalove smut book to start her day!!

I received a copy of this book for an honest review and for a mfm book it delivered!

The characters are loveable and the smut is 🌶️🔥. The plot is decent too. I am usually not a fan of instalove, but this book hit the mark for me. I love how Libby, Noah, and Luka interacted with each other. They feel right together.

Listen, it’s not going to win a Pulitzer, but that’s not what you’re here for. You’re here for a highly spicy, fluffy novella palette cleanser novella and this does the job.

For being pure smut, it kept my attention the whole time. I liked that the two guys took care of her in more ways than one. It was nice how Penny stood up for Libby at the game too. Girl power.
