"If you were a beverage from Starbucks, you would be a:
a. Chai tea.
b. Skim latte.
c. Java Chip Frappuccino."

Oh shit, Buzzfeed's got some competition!

To be fair the exercises in the book were decent, albeit followed by annoying writing, like what you see above (it's Cosmo though so I wasn't expecting much). Seeing as it's somewhat of an introduction to fitness, it would be good if they had a muscle diagram at the beginning or somewhere so people would know where the deltoid muscles are, quadriceps, etc. They never had any different body types, which I find hilarious. No muscular girls or chubby girls, who would want to maintain/get into exercise as well as skinny girls.

The layout was alright, and I'm sure the whole book would be entertaining for some people, just not me.
