⭐REVIEW: Worknado by Shane
Rodgers

📌 I haven't read many books on the working world,
but this one is the most original and thought-provoking
of the few, I've read.

📖 In this book, the business leader Shane Rodgers
helps you reimagine the way you work to live in a time
of change and uncertainty. The book unveils the nature
of contemporary workplaces, giving hundreds of
practical career insights and tips on how to get ahead,
avoid career mistakes, reboot your career, get your
groove back, and decide what truly matters in your life.

📖 It attempts to explore the challenges of achieving
work-life balance in a time when we seem to be
constantly busy and stressed.

🤔 My thoughts on this book

📌 I liked the unique style of the book. It didn't feel like
a classic book but more of a personal notebook on
which the author wrote all the wisdom and lessons he
could learn from being in the working world for many
years.

📌 At times, the book felt all over the place, but I
guess this is the style the author was trying to achieve.
It's easy to navigate and helps you make sense of the
working world, which is often confusing and frightening.

📌Moreover, I enjoyed the author analyzing the impact
COVID-19 had on the workplaces and how it
accelerated smart working globally.

Why should you read this book❓

💼 Everybody works at some point in their lives.
Everybody has to deal with the working world; thus, this
book is definitely something I recommend everyone to
read, specifically if you haven't yet found stability in
your career.

📖 It's also a book that will make you reflect on many
things related to life in general, making you ask
questions and encouraging you to take a deeper dive
into the depths of life.
