This collection of home-made remedies includes natural ways to ease non-serious illness, aches and pains from teething and tantrums for young ones, through tummy aches and exam stress for schoolchildren, and on to headaches, backaches and colds for adults.
Some of the illnesses mentioned are potentially deadly, and all you are told is to e.g. 'eat garlic'. I only read all of it to see what other nonsense would pop up. It's a pity as there are some good parts that could be useful, but with the bad sections, I can't trust this book.
