OK, the Fitonics diet and its author are both totally wackadoo. But most of this book is recipes written by Marilyn Diamond's CIA-trained daughter and they are FANTASTIC. Both Grilled Halibut with Mango Sauce and Spicy Tofu Noodle Bowl are part of my regular repetoire. There are excellent salads (including an incredible winter fruit salad with an almond-raisin dressing), grilled meats and fish. Skip the whole front section about enzyme supplements and spinal exercises and just focus on the amazing food.
