I have read this book in one form or another 20 times in this lifetime. The topic is how to care for one's self. This author comes at it from the fatigue perspective. But this book falls right in to the "Fit for Life" category, dealing with nutrition, sleep, habits, hormones, exercise, energy, etc. It was a good reminder for me to assess where I am at on the self care scale, but I did not learn anything new. It was more an exercise than an education. I found the author's personal notes and stories to be distracting. However, if you feel fatigued on a daily basis, you might find some direction here.
