This book, here! It became my Catcher In the Rye. There were so many times I re-read it and suddenly got an interesting take on an idea. It's stimulating when you have a book that challenges your perspective. I think that open-minded people will find it informative, to say the least. I enjoyed reading it so very much.

The spiritual and metaphysical properties of melanin cannot be understated. The elites understand this; do you? :)

This is a hotep book so of course I was not going to vibe with all of it, but I learned a lot about melanin and it's usefulness even outside of the human body. Gave me something to think about for sure.

At some point we have to operate from power instead of using our power to perpetuate brokenness. There’s a whole lot of information here to raise your frequency, but this isn’t easy reading and a suspension of internalized racism has to be had.

One of the most comprehensive pieces of information for understanding the scientific mechanism of melanin. Also includes many meditation tools and breathing techniques which are very helpful. I recommend this book highly all the time to people who are serious about learning metaphysics!
