This was the very first book I read by this author. Now this lady right here knows how to bring characters to life. I've read plenty of her books since this one; all five stars. She's been honing in on her craft too long not to be a five-star author. Great work, Ms. Bell!

Everyday Life

"Into Each Life" is a really good book that deals with faith, families, relationships, and strategies. We meet two families: the Runsome's family, consisting of Solumun, Ruth, Fantasia and Hope; and the Fullalove family, consisting of Mr. & Mrs. Fullalove and their daughters Sara and Teary. Both families have very strong religious beliefs, but at times, the Fullalove family's religious beliefs seem pretty extreme for their young daughters.

When a tragedy hits, both families question there beliefs. The Runsome and Fullalove families become joined at the hip when their children, Prodigal and Teary become inseperable. You know how it goes, you meet a person at a young age and you'll become friends. It is uncommon to see one without the other. The only difference in this case is they are of the opposite sex.

Prodigal and Teary both grew up in christian households. Some of the choices they made were not always based upon their faith, even when they knew right from wrong. The friendship that Prodigal and Teary has does not create a problem for them, but it does for the people they meet as they become older. Teary is there for Prodigal, and Prodigal is ALWAYS there for Teary. Once grown, Prodigal and Teary grow up and go their separate ways.

Still vowing to always be there for each other, they keep that promise to each other even when they are going through personal situations in their lives. Everyone around them can see that Prodigal and Teary are in love with one another, however, either they can't see it, or they don't want to see it.

"Into Each Life" is such a realistic read that it can easily be about your family or a family that you're familiar with. A real tear jerker, I suggest that you have your hanky handy.

I absolutely loved it! A story of love, friendship, heartaches, disappointment, and so much. All I can really say is that if you keep God first & give the situation over to him, it might hurt for a little while but he will work it.

Prodigal & Teary best friends from childhood experienced a lot of ups and down together and apart but through it all they never truly forgot the values their parents taught them about their faith and belief in God.

If you love relationships, this book delivers several relationships although the focal point is on Prodigal and Teary's relationship. There are some medical and social issues I can agree or thought of, or relate to such as breast cancer (family members even grandfather died from this disease); possibly having twin boys, still wanting a daughter; and love beyond words. I love how she wrote this book where you can see, feel, and relate to each character and the flow was perfect too. Thank you for taking me in the world of these fictional characters with surreal issues, with turmoil that brings them joy in the end.

Prodigal and Teary

Excellent writing. Loved the storyline especially the people names symbolic of people in the bible, and everyday situations. A person can be so full of love 💘 and still have tears 😢 in their eyes both joyful and sadness. I enjoyed reading 📚 the story of Prodigal,Teary and their families and seeing what God and faith will do in your life. Into our Lives comes both sadness and happiness.🌹

"Into Each Life" by Shelia E. Lipsey {Bell]

My Thoughts...

I loved this beautifully well written Christian story of Prodigal and Teary that starts at childhood and goes though to their adulthood. The novel is full of 'love, friendship, heartaches, death, betrayal, family, disappointment, tragedy, twist and turns and so much more.' "Into Each Life" which was the appropriate title for this novel will definitely keep your attention all the way to the end. Now, I will say that this is a long read and you will have to keep up to get the final outcome of this good read dealing with love that starts as at childhood of being 'Best Friends' and even continue through adulthood [even though they grew up and go their separate ways]. I loved how this author really brings the characters to life from the main to the secondary ones...all giving the readers a good read and even a tear jerker. This will be a well rounded story that deals with two families...the Runsomes and the Fullaloves[as they whether many storms] and to get the whole story you will have to pick up the wonderful read and see how well this author explains it all leaving nothing to wonder about. Yes I would definitely recommend this novel and also 'Only In Her Dreams' which seems to follow up after reading 'Into Each Life.'

So many events, issues, struggles within this book, I'm sure one could relate to one. The book was written well with very few editing mistakes and easy to follow each characters storyline. It definitely had its heartfelt moments that will make you tear up and moments where you want to shake some sense into someone. This author had a thing for strange names but it made you remember the characters and their storyline better in my opinion. If you're a fan of Christian fiction and don't mind a bit of a tear jerking story I'd definitely recommend this book to you.

I see my life in each story. I highly advise husbands to read this book. A marriage can't grow with one spouse's effort. Great book!
