Very interesting and informative but the editor seemed particularly interested in enfleurage. Learned about that repeatedly and other methods only in passing.

Interesting text

I gave this book 4 stars because I learned a lot about essential oils and the h I s Tory and pre o ceases of perfume manufacturing. There were times that the information seemed redundant. The most interesting fact is that some floral scents can be recreated by various combinations of other florals. Fascinating.
