He makes this book doable for beginners which I LOVE. He doesn’t make it this big grand thing! Good book. Recommend if you’re just starting out on your health journey!

One thing I really loved about Dr. Mancini's book was the simplicity of it. I think we can get so caught up in making diet and exercise so complex. His suggested menu's are short and easy- nothing fancy, but nutritious and delicious. I also liked his way of approaching exercise and looking for something that is fun as well as variety to keep you interested.
I appreciate how he encourages us to listen to our bodies and how magical our bodies truly are if we'd only listen.
While much of his book is not something we have not heard before, I like the fact that the information is coming from a chiropractor who knows the power of self healing the body can do. We truly do need to take notice of that information and incorporate into our daily lives.

The Book is good, it is basically divided into three sections:

1. The Author trying to sell his Profession
2. The stories of the people who have been cured by chiropractor's
3. 21 day challenge.

The book isn't inspiring enough to take the 21 day challenge. But still some good info on health.

A good, positive read. Great for anyone who needs to stop the negative self-talk.
Dr. Fab talks about the 3 areas of self-healing: physical, emotional and spiritual. An easy read, but slow down and integrate some of these concepts into your life.

If you haven't read a book about mind-body healing, it's worth reading, but as a person who has read many, I did not learn anything new.

This was cool. Pretty basic though in comparison to spiritual mid/body books I have read in the past. It did have some interesting studies and facts about chiropractics. Not bad.
