Was looking for a real beginners guide, but got more than I could manage with this... Many useful things to think about, along with actual state by state things (which is often missing in these types of thing) but often legal requirements change, so that I would still need to follow up. It seemed to jump from establishing to growing pretty quickly, with a lot of detail about board reports etc, which overwhelmed me.
