Pictures and descriptions of many different bugs are included in this book. The descriptions provide simple details about what the bugs looks like, what they eat, and other interesting characteristics. This book would be great for a unit on bugs because the language is at a low level, even though the content if fairly high. An additional positive attribute of this book are the questions, key words, and useful words that are provided on the last few pages. From these pages teachers could generate lessons plans and develop activities for children with a wide range of abilities.
