Does not actually outline very much in the realm of tarantula care. This book, while geared toward classrooms with younger children, touches on some popular incorrect information -- like all tarantulas requiring humidity and heating mats (which can be fatal for tarantulas, as they can cook themselves). No new world tarantula will have a fatal or allergy-causing bite; a new-world tarantula, which are the only tarantulas discussed, primarily have "irritating" hairs.
