I can't recommend this book enough. I'm not a big devotional guy as I know many Christians who replace the Scripture for devotionals and look to others' Spirit revelation instead of digging into scripture and allowing God to speak to them. With that being said, this is a very good, deep devotional that really gets the mental juices flowing for me so I tend to begin my time w/ Jesus with it and then dive into scripture itself. My parents gave it to me in 2014 so I'm about to wrap up year 4 with it and God continues to use it to speak to me. But, if you REALLY want deep spiritual revelation, dig into the Bible itself and spend time on your knees in prayer - you can't do any better than that!
