An excellent overview of the history of robots, from the early mechanical tools and clocks of the ancient Greeks all the way up to today's Mars rovers and developments in AI, and everything - Da Vinci's designs, 17th century wine pouring dolls, Victorian weaving machines, WWII code breakers - in between.
