Truly mainly for college students especially in a fraternity or sorority. There is a nugget here and there for business and some of the questions in the back were thought provoking.
A good reminder that there are different groups within an agency or group and each has their own level of engagement and motivation. It is important to look at the motivation, where they are at and then support them with where they are at.

Some good ideas but nothing earth-shattering. I read this for ideas on how to motivate teenagers in a church youth organization, and most of these things are items we already do.
