Featuring 32 techniques, this full-color guide includes precise instructions, clearly drawn illustrations, and beautiful photographs of a wide variety of projects, from bracelets, necklaces, and eyeglass chains to scarf edgings, bag fringes, and more.
I love love love chain stitches and the best thing about this book is the variety of techniques and styles. Everything from the simple to the complex is represented here.
All the basics are covered like daisy chains and herringbone ropes and a few beauties you just wont see other places like Diane Fitzgeralds Caduceus Chain which is well worth the purchase of the book alone in my opinion.
The fringe designs are a nice bonus to help spur some inspiration and cover all the basic fringe designs in one place as well.
Overall if you are looking for a quick reference guide to chains and fringes to work into a project or use alone this is a great addition to your beading library. I use it a lot. This booklet is a great resource when you just dont know what you want to do. LOL
