Maybe I would like these more if I was smarter...
I liked Metamorphosis and a few other of the stories in this book, but some felt like note app ideas that he added a sentence structure to.
I had to drag myself through this book, where I would be enjoying a short story and it would end and I would dislike the next it was not my favourite experience.

I read only the Metamorphosis story in this. I loved the absurdity, portrayal of loneliness and inability to express sorrow. There is something hauntingly beautiful about the way the premise unfolds and each character becomes more alienated. The ending is bitter / sweet , I cannot decide. Just like life.
