John Stott: Pastor, Leader and Friend
John Stott's life adorned the gospel of Christ. He wore privilege lightly, lived modestly, worked diligently, and was loved by the rich and the poor. Here was authentic Christian discipleship. The legacy of this urbane British pastor-theologian -- author of over 50 books and a world expert in ornithology -- is already the subject of doctoral theses. Here, friends from all continents share insights and perspectives on what John Stott brought to the life of the church.

I really enjoyed hearing from multiple people who all had a personal relationship with John Stott. This was a unique way to get a broader picture of who he was as a person, friend, coworker, and "uncle." It seems that he had a global heart for God's people.
