Chatty, engaging book 9with some lovely photos) aimed at the urban food grower. It's merges "how to grow" practicality with a lot of really great recipes too. Sections on urban plots and gardening essetials set the scene. The bulk of the book is given over to describing how to grow (and cook!) veg, herbs, salad leaves, fruit & flowers. There's a short section on keeping hens & bees and ends with the practicalities: pests, propagation & preservation.
