This easily digestible wellness book will be a side table staple for many. With 31, 10 minute ideas to bring calmness, awareness and happiness into your day.

It is clearly presented, with easy chapters to dive in and out of, and a one short sentence summary at the end of each experiment to ensure you remember the root of the experiment each day.

Too often we try to change everything at once with one big unmanageable fix, but this book focuses on memorable micro gains, some that we know (breathing, gratitude) , and some that are new ( calm corner, savour) to make a difference to our daily routines and thinking.

Brilliant. So many different types of experiments to try over the month and several that will become habits for life. An enjoyable and well written book.

I LOVED this book! I've recommended it to several people already. The book is written simply, the experiments are easy to try out and there's a great variety. I borrowed the book from my local library but I'll be buying my own copy to keep dipping back into when I'm feeling overwhelmed or not myself again. Thank you, Gabrielle, for writing a fantastic book.
