Rate this book
Understanding current planning law is vital to all those advisers involved in property transactions. As the author states in his introduction, for Professional Indemnity reasons It is absolutely essential that every property professional should be aware of those areas of planning which are most likely to cause them problems and to have their antennae activated by key indicators which present themselves. The author's experience encompasses being a solicitor in private practice, as well as local government and regularly lecturing surveyors.
