A very fun story of the childhood of William Clark. I loved reading about his friendship with York and with Meriweather Lewis. And for some reason my brain hadn’t connected the fact that George Rogers Clark was Will’s oldest brother, so that was fun. Reading about the early life of someone I knew about when he was older, was interesting. Even though this story was written for younger readers, I enjoyed it and was impressed by the things Will did even when he was really young.
Recommended.
