Legacy from the Stars

Rate this book
We are children of the stars. This is our legacy and our heritage. In the history of the cosmos Earth is a young planet. Our souls on the other hand have been around forever and will continue to be around forever. Thus Earth is not our only home. We have lived many lives in unusual environments before deciding to journey here and learn the lessons of Earth. After our schooling is completed on this planet we will journey onward to discover new worlds to explore. The memories of these soul journeys are recorded in our subconscious and in hypnotherapist Dolores Cannon shows that they can be retrieved through regressive hypnosis. She reports dramatic cases where the subjects relived other lifetimes in strange environments-inhabitants of other planets.

Dolores Cannon (1931 - 2014) was a self described "past-life regressionist" and hypnotherapist who specialized in the "recovery and cataloging" of "Lost Knowledge". Her roots in hypnosis went back to the 1960s, and she was specializing in past-life therapy since 1979.

Dolores became, perhaps, the world's most unlikely expert on the prophecies of Nostradamus. A retired Navy wife from Huntsville, AR, USA, Dolores was nearly fifty years old when she began experimenting with hypnosis and past-life regression. The results were, to say the least, quite spectacular!

Working through several different subjects, Dolores was able to establish communication with the living Michel De Notredame, better known as the prophet Nostradamus. His revelations and their impact on our own time are both fascinating and at times frightening.

Dolores has written the three volume set "Conversations With Nostradamus", the series on the translation of Nostradamus' quatrains. This series contains the translation of almost 1000 prophecies, all interpreted for the first time and have been in print since 1989. It is considered the most accurate interpretation of the prophecies ever printed.

Dolores has been a UFO investigator for twenty years, using her skills as a regressionist to help people that had been involved in abduction cases. She has written several books on the UFO information volunteers have revealed while under hypnosis.

Her unique technique of hypnosis is being taught all over the world via the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Academy.

Dolores has written 17 books about her research in hypnosis and UFO cases. Her books are translated into over 20 languages. She founded her own publishing company, Ozark Mountain Publishing, in 1992.

Dolores has toured in the USA, England, Europe, the former Soviet bloc countries, Australia, New Zealand, and parts of Asia to promote her works, and to discuss her particular brand of psychic research. She has spoken to radio and television audiences worldwide. She has given lectures at such locations as: Whole Life Expos in Los Angeles, New York and San Diego; Global Science Congress; various A.R.E. Edgar Cayce Foundations; Conscious Living Expo and MBS Expo in Australia; The College of Psychic Studies in London, England; The Theosophical Society in London, England; as well as many other organizations. Dolores was the first American and the first foreigner to receive the "Orpheus Award" in Bulgaria, for the highest advancement in the research of psychic phenomena.

Articles by/about Dolores have appeared in several magazines including: "Body, Mind and Spirit"; "Magical Blend"; "Connecting Link"; "Kindred Spirit" (an England magazine); "People Magazine" (an Australian magazine); "Conscious Living Magazine" (an Australian magazine); "After Dark" (the Art Bell magazine); "The Unknown Magazine"; "The Washington Post"; and "New York Times". Also magazines and newspapers in Russia, Spain, South America, Bulgaria, Japan and Arab countries.

Dolores appeared on various TV specials including "A Current Affair" (in Australia); BBC Documentary Series "Divine Magic"; "Ancient Mysteries of the World" (a two hour special on CBS); "Ancient Prophecies I and Ancient Prophecies II" (two hour specials on NBC); "Encounters" ( a one hour special on FOX network); "Good Day LA" (in California); "Mysteries, Magic and Miracles" (the Sci-Fi Channel); "Marilu Talk Show" (ABC); "Biography" (series on A&E Channel); "America After Hours" (CNBC); "CNN International Entertainment News".

She has spoken on over 1000 radio shows including Art Bell’s Dreamland, George Noory’s Coast to Coast, and Shirley MacLaine, plus speaking at innumerable conferences worldwide. In addition she had her own weekly radio show, the Metaphysical Hour, on BBS Radio for nine years.

This is another important book from Dolores Cannon, who is one of my favourite authors at the moment. In this book she reports interviews with subjects who regress (or in one case progresses) to lives involving encounters with, or as aliens.

The alien beings described differ vastly from ourselves, being androgynous and having different methods of nourishing themselves and reproducing than we have. The subjects are often describing previous lives where they themselves were the "aliens". A recurring theme is one of beings having to live underground owing to radiation or other adverse circumstances on the surface of the planet.

The knowledge revealed is fascinating, though some of it is quite challenging to fully comprehend, it being so different from what we experience in our present incarnations. As the book consists almost entirely of interviews with persons revealing this "challenging" information, the book is not always easily readable. I found it difficult to read more than a chapter or two at once. I was thus considering awarding it only 4 stars, until I reached the penultimate chapter entitled "A future being talks to Now".

Here Dolores accesses a (potential) future incarnation of the subject in question. This chapter is to my mind the most important in the book, thus, appropriately, being placed towards the end, just prior to her conclusion.

The future being talks to "the Now" from a "distance of space and time". She explains that she has been charged with communicating to us the absolute importance of our now raising our vibrations to the highest level possible, so we thus will be enabled to make the jump from the third to the fourth dimension (which is the process our planet Gaia is involved in in these present years leading up to its culmination at the end of 2012. The message is not communicated particularly clearly by the sunject, but what I got out of it was that it may well be necessary for us to leave the planet but that we must raise our vibrations by changing our thoughts to the better in order to manage to survive where we are going. (This is my interpretation of the material.) The subject states "Jesus tried to show that if you lead a life of high vibration, then you are uplifting yourself and the planet." No matter what, there's nothing to worry about, as we never "die". Our spirit lives forever.

(This material concurs with the work of Esther & Jerry Hicks' Abraham as regards raising one's vibration and with that of Patricia Cori as regards the difficult future of our planet.)

I would strongly recommend this book to everyone at all open to this sort of material, since it contains a plethora of new mind-expanding information about beings from other planets and dimensions. Cannon states "We are all extra-terrestrials, because none of us originated on the planet Earth." As stated, we are also warned about the necessity of self-development in order to tackle Mankind and Earth's impending problems. Everyone must read this book. It is perhaps the best of Cannon's I've read so far. I can't wait to read the remaining books of the author I haven't yet got hold of.

Once again Dolores Cannon takes us out of our comfort zone away from what we think we know and presents us with another reality. Great

Relevance.

I have been reading the Dolores Cannon books for a while now and as I am reading this and collaborating with other information I'm finding this message everywhere.

'Raise your vibration'

This book explains a lot of the why, what kind of future do we want for our society and for our future.
We are literally watching the planet and its people deteriorate and all we need to do is to raise our vibration to change it.

I have never really spoke my mind prior to now.
But especially now we need to let go of fear and replace this with love.
Love after all conquers "all"

Much love and enjoy your next read. 😊

Was expecting this to be fiction initially. However, I much enjoyed all the past life regressions into alien speculation.

This book is mainly a transcription of Dolores Cannon's regression sessions with some of her clients, focused on their past lives as extra terrestrial and space crafts. It's to validate the existence of these advanced beings. I have no doubt about these things as I have personally experienced a space craft, more of a mothership. But there are platforms where you can listen to recorded sessions of regression. These things are better heard than read, imo.

I stopped reading the book midway as I was bored. I cannot make myself finish it. The downside is I ordered this book at Amazon, so I'm kinda of stuck with it. But who knows, I might read some parts of the book, like see what the ending is like.

Quite extraordinary

I’ve read several of Dolores’ books and this one is quite amazing - the connections and stories of ancient visitors is revealing. There’s the usual typos and obvious questions that Dolores didn’t ask her subjects (like “what time period in our history was this?”) - but I suppose I’ve got used to that now. The main thing is the extraordinary content.

Great information but…

This book, like all other books of Dolores Cannon, has incredible information. However, to charge people for it , please hire an editor! Or at least comb through it to fix all the visible issues.

Must Read

This selective summary from thousands of hypnotic regression sessions provides a great focus on the true history of earth and the interactions between aliens and earth over millennia

This feels made up

I’m a hypnotherapist too and a lot of this seems like she is influencing the subjects. I’d be more impressed if that did not happen.

Audiobook
Another difficult read (listen) because it was boring. But the audio was better than the custodians. Narrator did a great job. Now I can start the Convoluted Universe series.

Mind expanding as always. These books always serve to remind me that there are infinite ways of experiencing life, and to revel in the expression that I am currently living.

It is contradictory in places which could be because of the faulty tapes mentioned. Hopefully the Custodians will be a clearer insight.

I'm gonna share something in general about Dolores Cannon's books. They're just amazing, might be boring for some, but for people who are interested in knowing another possibilities to topics we don't know because of the lack of evidence and a bunch of assuming theories, it is an interesting educational book to open your mind to a enormous variety of scenarios.

TLDR; Dolores Cannon's books are never a waste of time.

Another good one from Dolores!

I love her research. I am proud that she devoted so much of her time towards this research of human history. I look forward to the day when more and more people of planet earth know and understand what she has shared here.

All stories are related to aliens in one way or another. It's like reading a book from the Convoluted Universe series. A book of the same nature and style. Easy to read. Recommended for those interested in aliens and their relationship with humans.
