Our list includes bestsellers for children who love to play Minecraft; stories told with LEGO bricks; books that teach lessons about tolerance, patience, and the environment, and much more. Mark Cheverton grew up in Southern California, going through high school, and college. After college, Mark taught high school physics and math for many years. While teaching, he earned a Master's degree in Physics and conducted research on planetary atmospherics. After moving to the east coast, he started doing research for a Fortune 100 company in the fields of machine vision and additive manufacturing. His first book, The Algae Voices of Azule, was released in 2012, followed by the sequel shortly after.
He recently released the first book in his Minecraft series, Invasion of the Overworld: A Minecraft Novel, which is expected to be followed by the sequel, Battle for the Nether, in early 2014.
I enjoyed this book because I liked the part when Gameknight999 defeated Charybois. I also enjoyed this book because I liked the part when Butch sacrificed himself for Gameknight999.
I liked this book because it was very exciting. I didn't know that blazes could make portals. And now Gameknight999 already defeated two spider queens, Reaper, and Chariboyas. (I think that is how you spell it) I also was very surprised that there was a creeper king. My favorite part of this book was when Gameknight999 defeated Chariboyas. I am still unsure if Herobrine is still alive.
As series go on, books start to fallow a trend of what happens. But not this one! With every new threat to Minecraft, GameKnight999 goes on new, different and exciting adventures. People who love adventures in there favorite games will like this series because GameKnight becomes part of the coding of Minecraft! In this book, I really loved how we got a flash from the past with the strange things that an ancient king says. Over all, this book makes an exciting continuation to the GameKnight series of books. If you want to read the first book that started it all, search: Destruction of the Overworld. Enjoy this extraordinary book!
