Learn how reincarnation occurs and how the karma associated with it can be resolved. Must reading for all who want to understand why their life is the way it is!
The origins of life, in the metaphysical sense, began with the creation of the celestial beings. According to Edgar Cayce’s readings of the Akashic Record, first came the Son, the Logos, or the Word -- as indicated in John’s Gospel: “In the beginning was the Word; and the Word was with God and the Word was God.” Out of the Word or this central primordial expression of life, all else was created. Again in John’s Gospel: “All things were made through this One.” In Cayce’s readings: “We have first the Son, then the other sons or celestial beings that are given their force and power.” Evil and the forces of what humanity has called the Devil developed as a result of rebellion against the flow of creation, the harmony of the original ideal that all life was to follow. Cayce puts it this way (note: the emphasis and parentheses are Cayce’s) Edgar Cayce has been called the "sleeping prophet," the "father of holistic medicine," and the most documented psychic of the 20th century. For more than 40 years of his adult life, Cayce gave psychic "readings" to thousands of seekers while in an unconscious state, diagnosing illnesses and revealing lives lived in the past and prophecies yet to come.
Edgar Cayce was a living proof of the miracle that is the life itself and the purpose of a life on this earth. His psychic abilities recorded by the authentic people of the time whose purpose was understanding the spirituality of life in a scientific way, gives us confidence in believing what EC conveyed in his trance state. While Akashic Records were well documented by Hindu scholars, how a person born and brought up in US had not only had knowledge but correct implications of it. He told so many people the purpose of their birth and Karma principle which again originated from Hindu philosophy. Remember the years were late 19th century when there was no dissemination of knowledge as fast as now. Totally believable what he conveyed. But there will always be sceptics!
I don't believe that Edgar Cayce actually wrote this book directly. The contents comes from his readings for people exploring their past lives. His channeling of akashic records took place a century ago. I think "Reincarnation and Karma" was assembled and edited by other writers. Edgar's teachings were a mix of metaphysics, astrology and religion. I found the manuscript to be a little difficult to understand. It is not in modern English. There were e few explanations in the book about what he was saying, but there could have been many more translations into today's typical American speech. Overall I did learn quite a bit from reading the publication. I guess any negative comments might be considered to be bad karma.
