Clean, logical and easy to use. This is a practical useful manual for HR professionals with recommendations and guidelines that are clear and attainable. There are many similar references out there on this subject, however, what I think differentiates this one, is that you do not have to plow through mountains of opinions and philosophy to get to the information you need to do the job well.
