Great book, but the kindle formatting is atrocious, hence the 3-star rating instead of 5. I’m recommending it for all of our Sunday School teachers, but in paperback form.

A lot of great practical lessons for what it means to be a truly effective teacher of small groups in a church setting. I read the kindle edition and it was extremely poorly edited, with no shortage of grammatical and spelling errors. While I appreciated the author’s experience and wisdom, the errors were a major distraction.

I think this is the best book any Sunday School teacher could read.
