Incident at the Pink Beach House
Brandon Sterling, a high school teacher in Lo Verde Beach, Florida, is jogging on a deserted part of the beach when he witnesses a man shove a screaming woman from the cupola of a two-story, pink beach house. Brandon and his girlfriend, Amberly, find themselves deeply enmeshed in an intriguing mystery that involves a kidnapping, complicated evil vs. good twin theories, and an attempt on Brandon's life.

A mystery novel reminiscent of a Murder She Wrote type of episode. It centers around a witness who is welcomed into police work even more than Jessica Fletcher ever was. Getting past the silliness of letting a civilian do actual police work, the voice of every character sounded the same. They did not have their own tone or personality. Easy to read and good plot.
