Jade III: The Search for the Lost Gatekeepers

Jade learns from her long-lost grandfather in the Plain Plains that more Earth born Gatekeepers are living on Earth and like Jade are immune to the mind altering powers of the Mindlings that hold the Gatekeepers of Kalos in unconscious servitude to hold open gates to earth. He warns her that eventually these open gates will destroy Earth and Kalos. She must free these Gatekeepers to save two worlds. She and her band immediately encounter deadly resistance from AmekKema, leader of the Bonded Pairs and their allies the Pompousians when she leaves the Plain Plains. She travels to Earth to look for these other Gatekeepers, who like her before her mother disappeared, might not even know what they are. She finds herself at war with AmekKema and the Gatekeeper traitor Sir Carbo in her search to find the lost ones first. She discovers the powers of memory alteration and persuasion that AmekKema possess might not be possible to overcome.
