What a scary read! I knew vegetable oils were bad… but not that bad. I love to use coconut oil on my hands, with baking, and on my child’s skin. I am looking forward to incorporating it even more. The author gives a lot of science (prefacing that you can skip over), but I think it’s important considering there is so much misinformation about coconut oil and how “fattening” it is. Makes me want to research even more!
