If you have suddenly, without warning, found yourself the parent of a teenager, and you have never met a teenager or anyone who has a teenager before, maybe this will have some useful advice. If, however, you have any experience at all with teenagers (including having been one yourself), this will probably be a pointless read. Contains gems such as "everyone eventually gets grumpy if they haven't had enough sleep" and "saving your teen from every possible difficulty will not help him/her develop responsibility" and "there is stuff on the internet that you probably don't want your child to see". DNF at 30%.

Read Get Out Of My Life: But First Take Me And Alex Into Town instead.

If only if had this book 10 years ago! My current teen is extremely easy work and so this book isn't needed but I read it out of curiosity and I thoroughly enjoyed it, raising any teen is hard, but if we parents lead the way, this book has your back.

Pretty basic stuff, most of which didn't catch my eye. Did highlight 2 ideas though and shared them with my wife.
