I am in the process of reading this book. I think as women we tend to juggle many roles. This books helps us look at how our Lord was well-rounded mentally, physically, spiritually and socially and how we as women can find a place of equilibrium in our life. We often know what our priorities should be, but we do not make this a reality. We have to remember what our focus should be in life... a life centered on Christ.

This was a very pleasant, light Bible study for women. Keeping one's balance while juggling multiple roles is important, but I'm afraid no one has covered it better than Silvey and Young in _Time Management for Christian Women_. Yes, they are two different subjects and two different approaches, but Silvey and Young resonate with me more than Eichman, who did a great job herself. _Keeping Your Balance_ would be a good study for young women and young "new" Christian women. The Bible study with questions at the end of each chapter will be more helpful to younger Christians than to more mature ones.
Absolutely worth the time taken to read it, and Nancy Eichman has a very nice tone -- not preachy!
