I’m not a huge self help fan, and I only read this because it was assigned by my boss as professional development for our team. That said, most of the advice is similar to what my therapist taught me after my divorce. It also is an easy read and it goes by incredibly fast. I would have finished in a day if I didn’t have to stop to deal with the kids.

Read this with my book club. It is well-written and leaves you with much to think about it. So glad he showed how to turn the bad into good.

I was not a fan of the cutesy acronyms for all the topics.
