Very practical tips and helps us to bring in the present moment. Mindfulness is the only key to being in the present moment. There is no specific requirement or procedure to do it. Anyone and anywhere can do this. It helps me a lot. Nowadays I try to do everything by being mindful.

Beautifully written, given techniques, and explained in a beautiful way. I highly recommend to read this book and try to implement it in your every day life.

Embracing the philosophy of living in the moment through mindfulness meditation has transformed my outlook. Letting go of past regrets and future anxieties, I've found tranquility. For those seeking a deeper understanding, I stumbled upon a resource that provides insightful recommendations on books about living in moment. It's a valuable guide for anyone on their journey towards a more mindful and fulfilling life.

A great little book on the practice of living in the moment. What dragged it down for me was the font changes - which were distracting.

Otherwise it did help point out some ways I could implement small changes to make me more aware of the moment.

Nice meditative reminder. Admittedly, the book's design pulled me in. I'm a fan of the changing font size and illustrations.

Started off great, but there are too many exercises all at once,im not sure whether to read the book or do the exercises every day, whats the point of calling this a book, its more of a meditation manual that cant be read, you can read a page a day depending on how you look at it,because if you read too much, you will find yourself getting lost in all the exercises, disappointing to be honest, the book should of been written in a way that it can digested easily with reading, consisting of the exercises in between the reading sections.
