Writing on Water

Rate this book
Writing on Water  is a treasure trove of spontaneous utterances, insights and drawings gathered over the past decade from Mooji's notebooks, private meetings, and Satsangs held around the world. It is an outpouring of creative joy from one of those rare beings gracing this planet who is not only awake, but is also able drive the mind back into its source through the authority of his words and presence. Throughout this book, Mooji's words are complemented by his exquisite brush-stroke artworks.

'When the spell of conditioning is broken,
your being dances like writing on water -
spontaneous and untraceable '

Mooji's lyrical writing style is both beautiful and straightforward. Each small phrase is rich in wisdom, easily understood, and powerful. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

We all know that 70% of our body is water. Though it is not very conspicuous, every cell and tissue contains water. What if, one day, you can feel the presence of water in your body? What if, you feel that water in you as cool as a mountain spring, and just as cool as the first rain? Something that brings life and harmony, clears all the dust and confusion, and settles down deep within. All the murky waters of yore settle, and you see in it the peace that you are.
I nursed these poems in me in the course of two months. Like any writing on water, it is untraceable.
