The Brubaker Brides #9

Virginia's Getting Hitched

Rate this book
Her sisters could make fun of her methods all they wanted. But Virginia Brubaker had devised the perfect plan to get herself hitched. Yet the only man sending Ginny's pulse into overdrive was most certainly not on her list. Why, she'd known Colt Bartlett since they were both knee-high to a calf and, until this summer, Colt had never made Ginny's heart flip-flop. Surely her attraction was only a momentary lapse. Once she kissed him, he'd be out of her system, allowing Ginny to settle down with an appropriate match. Oops . . . looks like that plan just backfired.

Carolyn was born and raised in Southern California. When she was five, her family moved to Oregon. Carolyn graduated from high school in 1976 in Silverton, Oregon and enrolled at Oregon State University, where she majored in broadcast/speech communications. In 1978, she married her college sweetheart, Matt, and, in 1981, she graduated from OSU and moved to Portland. Carolyn worked as a producer for local television commercials.[1]

On their sixteenth wedding anniversary, Carolyn and her husband welcomed their first daughter, Madeline Alexa. A second daughter, Olivia RoseAnne, followed four years later. While her daughters were small, Zane wanted to find a career that she could follow from home. In March 1993 she finished her first romance novel, The Wife Next Door, which was soon purchased by Silhouette.[1] Since then, Carolyn has had almost 30 novels published in the Silhouette category lines, with over one million copies in print worldwide.[1][2] Her work has been reviewed multiple time in Romantic Times, which describes her work as "diverting," although sometimes "light on conflict."[3] Her books are "strong on humor, snappy repartee and passionate moments."[3]

Two of her novels have been inspirational romances, written under the pen name Suzy Pizzuti. These were released in 1998 and 1999

Iseng2 lihat ipusnas. Tertarik bc krn sinopsisnya.
Ginny Brubaker seorang psikolog.

Konfliknya bikin garing.
Hanya pertengakaran yang bikin pegel sampai menjelang akhir.
2 jam jg selesai bc ni buku.

Oh iya.. abaikan jg jdl buku dgn isi ceritanya krn jauh bgt. Bertolak belakang huahahahaha

Virginia's Getting Hitched: The Brubaker Brides by Carolyn Zane

Dr Virginia Brubaker has her mind made up, but a cowboy named Colt Bartlett is putting a few wrinkles in it for her, and ironing out some silly ideas.

This is the second of the Brubaker Brides series I have read. These are pure brain candy but oh so fun! If you go for a cute, clean romance this might be the ticket.
