Fotografische outlay van Bassai Dai en Kanku Dai de (Sho's vind je in andere deeltjes van de reeks Best Karate). Habersetzer is beter.

The Best Karate series has easy-to-follow forms, and illustrations of the applications (bunkai). Plus, it's got Nakayama and his students doing the forms!
