A real good book on the history of the games and showing people the past and current (2012) players that shaped the game. They probably could have added a few others, but I think these books are supposed to be under 50 for the kids to read without getting too long. Interesting choice on the photo on the cover though. I would have probably chosen someone different. My one of the Gait brothers jumping over the cage for a goal that became famous and every kid wanting to do the same.

Solid semi-informative book. Easy read. I liked how it did a deep dive into the cultural roots of the sport.
