A comprehensive introduction to the world of meditation. I unfortunately did not get much from the book, the only noteworthy piece was a brief aside on meditation and the brain / neuroscience. Otherwise the book was pretty lacking in unique or developed ideas. Still worth a read for someone looking to begin their spiritual journey.
