I hate to say it but you could tell there was a definite lean on the issue. it's okay for the editor to have political views but the reason I like to read opposing view points is to decide for myself. I think the presentation needed to be more neutral

Reading this did not help me pick a side on this issue at all. It did not help.

Incessantly, Opposing Viewpoints provides what you need to know and what's opposing what you need to know. Always a wonderful read, especially if used for research.
