The seven policy chapters have been revised and updated to examine current issues in the United States, Japan, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Italy, and the European Union, such Chapters include analyses of cross­national trends—past and present—and a final chapter reexamines the internationalization of public policy in industrialized countries.
