Good reinforcement of some very common stress management techniques. It was good to hear over and over again that it is not the stressor, but our thoughts about the stressor that affects us. In controlling our thoughts, we control our response. All the tables and workbook exercises were of little use to me, but there were certainly some useful take aways from reading the book.
