By far the most no BS book about switching to a healthy and sustainable lifestyle and incorporating fitness and healthy eating. I find it incredibly easy to follow and well-written. Anything that Anthony writes about comes from applied research. No cookie cutter stuff here. I love his books ( I got all of them) and his YouTube videos. Every time he posts, I stop what I'm doing to watch or read his content!
7 a.m. approach is something amazing!!! I've been practising it for several years already. First that was not about sport, but about other important morning rituals (like concentrated reading, walking, etc.). Sport I was doing in the end of the day, after coming home from my work. But with Anthony I managed to shift sport exercises to the morning time and that's a big and very positive change in my life. That's really not about just muscles, but about overall health, sharpness of your mind during the day, good mood, productivity and on, and on. Morning - makes my day! Book is a short, simple and very effective blueprint. Absolutely recommended. Author Anthony - is a superhero! Check out his story, you'll understand what I'm speaking about.
