For a textbook, this is written in an easy to read and understand format. It reads as if someone is lecturing about the content, not like an encyclopedia filled with big words and language that would be difficult for a student to understand. The layout makes complete sense, so when using this book as a reference, it is easy to find what you are looking for. The pictures and images are relevant and all content is pertinent to the understanding of urine and body fluid analysis. Great book to have as initial learning material and as a reference.
