Aunque la parte introductoria al entrenamiento de fuerza esta bien, algunos ejercicios requieren de más explicación, explicar en 2/3 parágrafos como hacer peso muerto o press de banca me ha parecido un poco simplista. Hay guias en internet (stronglifts por ej) que tienen muchisima mas información. No quita esto que sea un libro bueno de tener como consulta
