It is a good overview of all Reiki Usui levels. Some good practical tips and techniques were included and it is a good reference book. Would have like more techniques , but I recommend this book for those looking to embark on their Reiki journey.

At times, the writing shows the need of an editor, but the book is full of good history, information on areas in which we now know that old historical stories were misinformed, and great uses for Reiki. It won't teach you Reiki, but it well help you expand your abilities and application once you're attuned.
I borrowed it from the library (yay for the good library that had it!) but will now be seeking my own copy.

This is a must read book for any Reiki healer, or anyone interested in Reiki. The concise history is wonderful, and the techniques and ideas the book presents have added much to my budding Reiki practice while inspiring me to use Reiki without boundaries, which is something I had been struggling with. Thank you Mr. Ellyard for writing this for us.
